Lech Museum Huber-Hus
Art and culture, Museum
The Lech Museum operates its facility as a house for culture, history and language with a supra-regional appeal in a contemporary manner and refers to socially relevant contemporary issues in its special exhibitions and publications. The Huber-Hus, built in the late 16th century and last inhabited by the Huber family, has been open to the public as a museum since 2005. The core area of the traditional Walser house consists of the parlour, side chambers, kitchen and "cooper's workshop". Regular special exhibitions and a varied programme of events are devoted to cultural and historical themes.
